Site Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead refurbishment and maintenance projects, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality works safely and on schedule. You’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent outcomes and compliance, while monitoring progress and coordinating with commercial teams to drive project success. The position offers varied projects, a collaborative environment, and clear progression toward higher management roles. You will contribute to delivering quality homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Lead and motivate operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor programme delivery, productivity, and performance
• Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver project outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience managing construction, refurbishment, or housing maintenance projects
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
