Coordination Centre CNS – Palliative Care Lead

Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care in Watford is seeking a Coordination Centre Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a small team of senior nurses providing clinical coordination of care for patients and families. Salary is Rennie Grove Peace Band 7 – £47,810 – £54,710 per annum (pro rata).

Closing date: 07 October 2026 at 12 noon. The role requires clinical leadership, triage of referrals, and development of the Coordination Centre nursing function to deliver a responsive, evidence-based service.
