Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of private housing schemes on-site (multi-unit, flats)
• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to meet programme targets
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and compliance
• Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule
• Support continuous improvement and best practices on development sites
