Part-Time Medical Receptionist: Patient Services Advisor

NHS Scotland Tranent Medical Practice is seeking a Patient Services Advisor (Medical Receptionist) to join our team on a 20-hour-per-week basis. The role covers patient navigation, administrative and reception duties that support GPs and provide high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a courteous manner, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Full training will be provided.
