Overview

In this role you will oversee the bid function for a West London main contractor with a strong project pipeline in residential, commercial, education and healthcare. You will ensure bids are well-coordinated from content through presentation and that a clear win strategy is shared with the team. You will develop and execute strategies to win each project bid and lead final negotiations to contract signing. This is an opportunity to influence outcomes across sectors and contribute to the company’s successful bid performance. The role combines strategy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and high-quality presentation work to secure key contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all bids within the department to ensure smooth execution from content to presentation.
• Communicate and implement a win strategy for each bid across the team.
• Develop a strategy to win each project bid.
• Manage final negotiations leading to contract signing.

Key requirements

• Relevant construction degree
• Experience of bid management
• Proven track record in winning bids in the construction industry
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills
