As Director of Technology for FX Execution Services, you will shape the next generation of BNY’s FX trading platform. You’ll lead scalable, low-latency systems and collaborate with product managers, traders, and technologists to put clients at the center of delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead system design and ensure code quality across the full software lifecycle
• Leverage AI to accelerate innovation and promote AI-led development
• Collaborate in small cross-functional agile teams with product managers, traders, and technologists
• Drive continuous improvement with a growth mindset and curiosity
• Partner with Product Managers to deliver new FX products
• Mentor and guide team members on technical development and career growth

Key requirements

• Extensive years of development experience
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field
• Experience building mission-critical systems, preferably in financial institutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven mindset

• Prior experience with front office trading systems
• Low latency trading experience
• Co-location infrastructure knowledge
