Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Address complex title issues with precision and diligence
- Maintain relationships with clients, agents and referrers
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Support growth of the property offering in Cheltenham
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting/communication skills
- Confident with independent matter management
- Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Experience in busy conveyancing environments is advantageous
