Project Manager – Civil & Housing (Isles of Scilly)

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major housing development on St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly. You will lead the delivery of a 27-dwelling residential and civil works package, coordinating programme, resources and subcontractors to achieve milestones.

The role requires strong civil/structural construction experience, proven project leadership on remote projects and a disciplined focus on health and safety. Rotation is 12 days on / 2 days off.
