Human Resources Business Partner

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a client who is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a business acquisition and integration project.

This is a hands‑on role working closely with senior stakeholders to manage the people aspects of an acquisition for c100 employees. You’ll provide HR leadership throughout the transition, supporting employee communications, organisational change, integration planning, employee relations and ensuring a smooth onboarding into the wider group.

Key Requirements of the HR Manager:

• Proven HR Manager or Senior HRBP experience
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Engineering, manufacturing or industrial sector experience would be advantageous
