Job Description:
Mercor is seeking a PhD-level physicist to tackle research-level physics problems in their chosen subfield. Candidates should have published work relevant to one of five specified areas and demonstrate strong written reasoning in English.
The role is a remote, short-term contract requiring about 10 hours per week over an 8 to 10 week window. Compensation is $80 to $110 per hour, with the work conducted asynchronously and with no fixed hours.
