Jobtailor seeks a Senior Commercial Legal Lead to oversee all commercial legal matters across the UK and Europe. You will draft, review, negotiate and advise on complex customer, supplier, technology, cloud, software, hardware, professional services, procurement, subcontractor and strategic partnership agreements.
The role requires significant PQE, with the ability to balance business objectives with governance and risk mitigation, and to act as a trusted adviser to the UK & Europe Leadership
