Director, People Strategy & Advisory Manager

Overview

As Strategic People Business Partner, you will shape workforce strategy and partner with senior leaders to accelerate growth, agility, and performance. You will co-create workforce plans aligned with product roadmaps and long-term goals, serving as the bridge between the People Team and key business stakeholders. You’ll lead data-driven talent initiatives, organizational design, and large-scale change programs, bringing a product mindset and external best practices to drive a superior employee experience. This role offers high impact across executive-level advisory, transformation, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leaders on workforce strategy aligned with business priorities
• Act as the single point of connection between the People Team and key stakeholders/Centers of Excellence
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Strategy, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Thrive Together and Finance/Legal to deliver integrated programs
• Influence leaders with data-driven insights to guide talent decisions and workforce planning
• Translate organizational challenges into actionable, data-supported plans and narratives
• Apply a product mindset to develop scalable, user-centric people solutions
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives including organizational design and operating model evolution
• Provide thought leadership by incorporating external best practices
• Drive cultural evolution and change management efforts

Key requirements

• Experience in people strategy, organizational development, or change management with leadership roles
• Experience leading workforce strategy, employee experience, product management, and transformation to deliver business value
• Creative problem-solving ability to devise talent solutions
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; proficiency with Excel/Tableau/Visier/SQL and HR systems
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions with a product mindset
• Executive presence and sound judgment in organizational dynamics
