Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Oversee new build transactions and complex residential matters
- Supervise and support junior staff
- Deliver high-quality client service and maintain relationships
- Utilize modern case management systems to enhance delivery
Key requirements
- 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
