Service Desk Operator – Customer IT Support Pro

Sodexo in Salford is seeking a proactive Service Desk Operator to join our team at 310 Broadway. You will respond to calls, emails and messages, log details accurately, and resolve queries within service levels while maintaining a professional, confident telephone manner.

You will collaborate with colleagues and suppliers, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to continuous service improvement. DBS, BPSS and SC clearance are required, with five years’ UK residence for SC.
