Interpath, a fast-growing advisory business, seeks an Associate Director for Transaction Services in London, focusing on the Technology sector. You will lead both buy-side and sell-side engagements, drive due diligence deliverables, and collaborate with Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory teams.
