Sellick Partnership is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive legal team within a highly regarded North West Local Authority on a part-time, remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property specialist to undertake varied and interesting work while enjoying flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will manage a varied caseload, including:
- Drafting and negotiating leases
- Preparing licences
- Sales and acquisitions of land
- Landlord and tenant matters
The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the strong possibility of extension.
About You:
- Qualified Commercial Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent)
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
- Public sector experience is desirable, but candidates from private practice backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
