ERP Business Systems Manager – [£good, Derbyshire Hybrid]

Role

You will lead the IT Business Systems, taking ownership of the systems strategy, team management, roadmap and continuous improvement across ERP (ideally D365BC) and the wider applications landscape.

Key Skills

• Essential: Business Systems / ERP leadership experience (ideally D365BC)
• Essential: Experience managing or mentoring a Systems / Applications / ERP team
• Essential: Strong ERP and business process knowledge
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders
• ERP optimisation and systems improvement
• Integrations, APIs, interfaces & data flows
• Power BI, Jet Reports & SQL reporting exposure
• B2B / B2C eCommerce and CRM integrations
• Vendor and Microsoft Partner management
• Systems projects & business transformation
• Automation, AI & emerging technology
• Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Warehousing or Sales processes
• Location: Derbyshire area (Hybrid)
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without any restriction (No Sponsorship, no PSW, no Dependency visa).
