Seasonal Retail Customer Experience Specialist

Kohls is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and through customer service processes. You will greet customers, operate cash registers, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments while maintaining Kohl’s brand standards.

You will support inventory accuracy, participate in daily service processes, and help train new hires on service best practices. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
