Social Worker – Care Leavers & Children in Care (Hybrid)

Leaders in Care is recruiting a qualified social worker to support Care Experienced Children in Merseyside. The role focuses on managing care proceedings after the first hearing, drafting statements and care plans, and progressing reunification and adoption where appropriate.
