Senior Manager – HR Global Mobility Managed Services

Overview

In this role you lead and grow the Global Mobility Managed Services for the UK, overseeing outsourced mobility operations and coordinating a junior engagement team. You will act as the UK SME for delivery best practice and drive consistent, scalable solutions aligned with global standards. You’ll strengthen client relationships, support VIP moves, and ensure profitable delivery while identifying opportunities to expand services. You help shape market-facing materials and proposals, and contribute to onboarding Managed Services scope. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on client outcomes and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and delivery of Global Mobility Managed Service capabilities in the UK
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of outsourced client engagements with a junior team
• Act as the UK SME for managed service delivery best practices
• Drive consistent practices and technology to expand UK capabilities to global standards
• Build and maintain strong client and KPMG delivery team relationships
• Provide specialist support for VIP and Executive moves as needed
• Manage financial results and profitability of client engagements
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the practice; lead proposals and create market materials
• Support onboarding of Managed Services scope and related opportunities
• Enhance end-to-end employee experience across engagements

Key requirements

• Experience leading complex outsourced Global Mobility engagements (document production, vendor coordination, employee and business case management)
• Ability to identify, deliver, and bill for out-of-scope managed service scope
• Proactive market opportunity identification and pursuit aligned with senior stakeholders
• Experience leading projects in Global Mobility strategy, policy, operations and technology
• High personal accountability for onshore and offshore team performance
• Analytical problem-solving and information synthesis
