Driver Operations Manager — 4 on/4 off Shift

Greenergy is seeking a Driver Manager to lead a 24/7 in-house haulage operation at our Thames depot in Grays, working a 4 on 4 off days/nights pattern. You will manage drivers, attendance, tachographs and incident reporting to ensure safe, efficient deliveries.

The role requires LGV C+E experience, cost-control ability, and proven leadership of a unionised team. Collaboration with scheduling, payroll and safety teams is essential to maintain high service and regulatory compliance.
