Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out (NW) with Van

You will join an established construction business based in Merseyside, taking ownership of commercial and corporate fit-out projects. The team consists of five Site Managers, with you as the sixth, handling projects in the North West and occasionally beyond.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety, monitoring programmes, and delivering quality on time. A company van and fuel card are provided, with a salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.
