A highly regarded specialist disputes practice in London is seeking an ambitious Solicitor with 4-7 years’ PQE to join its growing professional indemnity and insurance litigation team.
The practice acts for insurer clients and regulated professionals across a broad range of complex disputes, including claims involving legal professionals, financial advisers, insurance intermediaries and other regulated businesses. The team is instructed on high-value and technically challenging matters and offers significantly greater responsibility than is typically available within larger institutional practices.
This opportunity would suit a Lawyer currently working within:
- Professional indemnity
- Insurance litigation
- Commercial litigation with professional negligence exposure
- Financial services disputes
You will have the opportunity to:
- Run your own caseload with Partner support
- Develop direct insurer and client relationships
- Handle High Court litigation
- Advise on coverage and indemnity issues
- Work on claims involving financial services, legal services and other regulated sectors
- Gain meaningful advocacy and mediation exposure
You are likely to have:
- 4-7 years’ PQE
- Experience in professional negligence and/or insurance litigation
- Strong technical and drafting ability
- Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
- Ambition to accelerate your development within a growing specialist team
Construction professional indemnity experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
