Children’s Residential Support Worker – Inspire Youth

Keys Group in Holbeach is looking for Residential Support Workers to join their team at a children’s home. You will work with young people aged 8-18, provide emotional, physical and social support, and help with daily routines and activities.

The role includes long days with shifts up to 14 hours and sleep-ins, DBS is covered by the employer, and there are opportunities for QCF qualifications plus generous benefits and pension, all within a supportive safeguarding-focused team.
