Care Manager (Children’s Home) – Hybrid, 30 Days Leave

Birmingham Children’s Trust Limited is seeking an Assistant Care Manager to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing residential setting. You will develop and implement personalised care plans, ensuring the voices of children are heard and their needs met.

With a qualification in Children and Young People (NVQ Level 3) and experience managing staff, you will supervise case files, conduct audits, and work with parents, schools and social workers to promote positive outcomes.
