Overview
In this role within the Private Client Business Group, you will support partners and directors delivering accounts and advisory services to private clients, including trusts and family structures. You will deliver statutory and management accounts, and provide technical FRS102/FRS105 guidance while maintaining exceptional client service. You’ll interact with client teams, manage deadlines, and contribute to advisory initiatives in business valuation. The role offers training and a clear path toward CTA/STEP qualifications, with opportunities to engage across cross-functional work.

Responsibilities
- Deliver statutory and management accounts for UK owner-managed businesses, groups and landed estates per FRS102/FRS105
- Lead client communications and support Engagement Partner on deliverables
- Coordinate with CT/personal tax/payroll teams to ensure timely work and resolve queries
- Provide value-added advisory support, including cashflow forecasting and private office-style services for large families
- Manage budgeting and invoicing, training and development of staff
- Assist with technical FRS102 support on complex accounting issues
- Support business valuation advisory opportunities and other client-facing initiatives
- Maintain timely delivery within set deadlines and liaise with intermediaries
Key requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualification
- broad accounts experience in a professional services environment
- experience with trust structures

- strong FRS102 & FRS105 technical skills
