Shift Manager (Retail) – Flexible Hours + Perks

Greggs Poole is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team at Wessex Gate Retail Park. You’ll be responsible for the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivating staff and ensuring a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

This role offers a flexible schedule 5am–7.30pm, 30 hours per week, a competitive hourly rate of £13.80, paid breaks and colleague discounts. You’ll join a fast-paced team committed to great service and bakery excellence.
