Job Description:
Inizio is seeking a Community IV Nurse to join our Clinical Homecare Nursing Team in the Aylesbury area. You will deliver safe, patient-centred care in patients’ homes, administering Parenteral Nutrition and IV therapies, and coordinating with NHS colleagues.
You will assess conditions, educate patients and families, and support transitions from hospital to home. A current NMC registration and UK driving licence are essential.
