Senior Design Consultant

Overview

In this client-facing role, you will lead surveys, conceptual and detailed design, and support project delivery for enterprise security systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape security architecture and PSIM integrations. The position includes team management and commercial responsibilities, contributing to consultancy and risk assessments. This opportunity offers flexible London/hybrid work and a path to influence security solutions for complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client surveys and needs assessments
• Develop conceptual and detailed security design
• Contribute to project delivery and timelines
• Lead or support team members and manage resources
• Handle commercial aspects of engagements (scope, budgeting, agreements)

Key requirements

• Consultancy experience and risk-assessment background
• Experience on security projects using PSIM platforms such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec or similar
• Design and/or project management exposure in security system deployments
