Equalities & HR Policy Specialist

Croydon Council is looking for an Equalities & HR Policy Officer to help shape the policies, practices and culture that support a diverse, inclusive and high-performing workforce. Working within our Workforce Strategy team, you’ll play a key role in developing people policies, supporting equality initiatives, analysing workforce data and contributing to major organisational change programmes.
