In this role you will join a leading national law firm’s Leeds office to advise on sophisticated real estate finance transactions for lenders, borrowers, and institutional clients. You will act as a senior team member, handling high-value, cross-border matters while nurturing key client relationships. The role combines independent responsibility with collaborative, cross-disciplinary teamwork and a clear path for progression in a supportive culture. You will help grow the real estate finance practice and contribute to strategic, high-impact deals.

Responsibilities
- Advise on complex real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers.
- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Collaborate with partners on high-value and cross-border matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support growth of the real estate finance practice via business development and networking.
- Work with banking, real estate and other specialist teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
Key requirements
- Solicitors with 8+ years’ PQE in Real Estate Finance
- Extensive experience in Real Estate Finance in a recognised commercial law firm
- Proven track record advising on lender and borrower transactions
- Excellent technical expertise with commercial awareness
- Confident managing complex matters independently within a wider team
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Proactive approach to business development and practice growth
