Assistant Head of Year 10 – Pastoral & Wellbeing Lead

Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust’s Bridgwater College Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of Year 10 to lead pastoral care and support for students in a busy secondary environment. The role is 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year during term-time with INSET days, and is a fixed-term maternity cover of up to 12 months.
