Care Home Facilities & Maintenance Lead

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Head of Maintenance at one of our care homes in the West of England. You will oversee a broad range of maintenance tasks to keep environments safe, warm and welcoming.

You will lead a small team, manage contractors, and assist the General Manager with annual budget planning. A full UK driving licence, hands-on maintenance experience and IT literacy are essential.
