– Deliver person-centred support in daily living activitiesn – Encourage independence and promote wellbeingn – Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outingsn – Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans
Shift Patternsn
This is a full-time role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
