Overview
In this role, you design, evaluate, and deliver AI-powered internal tools for GTM use cases to turn insights into action. You own the full lifecycle from problem framing and data modeling to production-ready tooling, including Python backends and React frontends. You iterate rapidly with users, shipping to learn and impact, while measuring adoption and business outcomes. You will collaborate across Sales and Success to operationalize new tooling and drive measurable improvements in GTM metrics.

Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools for GTM use cases (account research, summaries, next-best-action, renewal propensity, pipeline risk, QBR/autobrief, post-call follow-ups)
- Own end-to-end lifecycle: problem definition, data modeling, and production-ready tool development (Python backends, React frontends)
- Prototype quickly, ship to learn, and iterate based on user feedback
- Define success metrics and measure impact in real usage (e.g., win rate, conversions, retention)
- Document playbooks, deliver enablement sessions, and help scale tooling across teams
Key requirements
- Proven track record of applied data science with measurable GTM impact
- LLM/ML application experience (RAG, prompt design, vector search, evals)
- Strong SQL skills and fluency in Python or R with statistical methods for business problems
- Experience with orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow) for reliable data workflows
- Strong communication and empathy for translating data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
