Senior Projects Manager: Design & Build Lead (CAT A/B)

CMD Recruitment is seeking a Senior Projects Manager in Bristol to lead the operational delivery of CAT A and CAT B design‑and‑build projects, typically valued from circa £1m to £10m. You will chair the day‑to‑day management with clients, design teams, site teams, consultants and the supply chain, owning the programme and coordinating information.

You will ensure safe, coordinated delivery, solving design and build challenges early while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
