Production Setter & Trainer (12h Shifts) – Right-First-Time

Genuit Group seeks a skilled Technician Trainer to lead tool changes, TPMs and changeovers in a manufacturing setting. You will work to keep production on plan, train staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will apply problem-solving and communication skills to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver training across shifts. This role supports continuous improvement in a 12-hour shift environment.
