Senior Sous Chef – Events-Led Club Dining

COREcruitment Ltd in Central London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join a prestigious private members’ club, delivering events-led hospitality and exceptional dining.

You will support the Head Chef, lead a brigade of around 30, ensuring high-quality food across outlets and large events, manage ordering and stock, drive training and performance, and run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. The role covers canapés, bowl food and private dining within a lively club environment.
