Senior Sous Chef – Premium Dining in Care Homes

Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a 2nd Chef for Thurnby Fields in Leicester. You will work across menus created by the Head Chef, ordering, preparing and serving meals to residents with a focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and a fine dining experience.

Mentored by the Head Chef, you will contribute ideas for menu development while upholding strict hygiene and health and safety standards. A minimum of 2 years catering experience is required, preferably at Chef de Partie level
