Cosy Club Leeds is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, preparing dishes from fresh for high-volume service. You will inspire the kitchen team, manage shifts, and ensure smooth operations across FOH/BOH while maintaining quality.

You must have experience cooking in high volumes, be highly organised, and capable of guiding a brigade in the Head Chef’s absence; strong communication across the team is essential.
