Salary: £13.45 per hourHours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, plus sleep-in shifts starting at 10:00pmDriving Licence Required: Full UK Manual

Your Role as a Support Worker

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personal care, and household tasks
- Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities
- Promoting independence and building confidence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
- Driving mobility vehicles to support individuals with outings and appointments
