Dementia Group Facilitator & Community Connector

Alzheimer’s Society in Worcestershire is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Group Facilitator to support a county-wide dementia service across Worcestershire. The role is 21 hours per week on a permanent basis, requiring travel across the county to run welcoming groups and activities for people living with dementia and their carers.
