Overview

In this Registered Manager role, you will oversee a growing community-based complex care service with a strong focus on quality, governance and sustainable growth. You will ensure safe, person-centred care for adults and children with complex needs while maintaining regulatory standards and developing care packages. You will collaborate with commissioners, families and multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement. This is an autonomous position within a growing, nurse-led provider offering meaningful impact in community care.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous service improvement
  • Oversee complex care packages including care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding and clinical governance
  • Lead and support carers, nurses and operational teams delivering community-based care
  • Maintain robust quality assurance, audits, incident management and service improvement plans
  • Support recruitment, retention, supervision and development of staff
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, case managers, families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support mobilisation and sustainable growth of new and existing complex care packages

Key requirements

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or senior manager in community complex care or domiciliary care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and quality assurance
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary or community-based care teams
  • Strong operational leadership with performance and standards management
  • Experience working with commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals
  • Experience supporting growth and mobilisation of community complex care packages (advantageous)
