Operations Strategy Consultant – Process Improvement

St. James’s Place is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our Operations Consultancy team on a six-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll work with Partner Practices, Practice Managers and Advisers to review processes and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency and client outcomes.

You will deliver workshops, coaching and consultancy, help practices scale, and ensure regulatory standards are maintained while building strong relationships across the business.
