Overview

In this role you will serve as the technical lead for premier partner integrations, driving go-to-market collaboration and ensuring seamless access to Warner Bros. Discovery services. You will work across partner and internal teams to launch and sustain high-performance, scalable integrations on affiliate equipment and back-office systems. You’ll shape integration standards, negotiate bespoke solutions when needed, and leverage data to improve the partner experience. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on leadership, stakeholder alignment, and program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical point of contact for strategic partners from engagement to launch
  • Assess partner capabilities and clearly explain functionality to partner teams
  • Evaluate designs to identify risks and resolve issues pre-implementation
  • Define unique integration requirements and drive alignment with partners
  • Promote standard integration architectures while enabling bespoke work when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams; act as SME for each integration
  • Represent partner interests with a data-driven approach to improve the integration experience
  • Coordinate with Ops to verify testing and resolve issues during integration
  • Ensure adherence to the Partner Integration Program strategy and collaborate on bespoke solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple product/technology teams and geographies

Key requirements

  • Led delivery of a major product or feature launch in a TAM, PM, Eng, or Solutions Architect role
  • Balances technical depth with product and business understanding to inform decisions
  • Deep understanding of back-office systems (authentication, authorization, identity management, billing, entitlements)
  • Experience integrating apps onto affiliate hardware (set-top boxes)
  • Strong written and verbal communication across engineering, marketing, and leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across stages of implementation
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision making and monitoring of launch operations
  • Bachelors degree with significant relevant experience
