Operations & Logistics Coordinator

The role

Forge Robotics is an early-stage UK venture bringing humanoid, quadruped and specialist robots from leading overseas manufacturers to UK businesses through demonstrations, trials, pilot programmes and Robotics-as-a-Service.

As our Operations & Logistics Coordinator you keep the physical side of the business moving — imports, compliance, warehousing, spares and the demonstration-fleet diary. This role is site-based; the location is confirmed with the successful candidate.

What you will do

• Coordinating imports, customs and compliance documentation (UKCA/CE)
• Managing warehousing, asset tracking and spares inventory
• Scheduling the demonstration fleet and trial logistics
• Supplier and courier management
• Supporting service scheduling and job planning

What we are looking for

• Operations, logistics or supply-chain coordination experience
• Ruthlessly organised with strong systems and spreadsheet skills
• Import/export or technical-goods experience is a plus
