Senior Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will shape Aristocrat’s Digital Content Platform portfolio, driving strategy and delivery for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms and connected content capabilities. You’ll align platform roadmaps with game studios and the Digital organization to improve content quality, speed to market, and scalability. You will collaborate with technology teams, studios, and commercial leaders to turn strategic goals into practical yearly plans. This is an opportunity to influence platform investments and enable studios to leverage new capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold the product vision and strategy for the Digital Content Platform portfolio
• Set strategic direction for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms and connected content creation capabilities
• Align platform strategy with Digital organization priorities, game studios, and Aristocrat
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, development efficiency, speed to market, scalability, and innovation through platform investment
• Establish clear goals, outcomes, and success metrics for the platform portfolio
• Collaborate with the Alabs technology team to build and deliver the annual and quarterly roadmap
• Ensure high-priority initiatives are well defined, sequenced, and delivered on time
• Provide clear product requirements, business context, priorities, and acceptance criteria to technology and delivery teams
• Lead trade-off decisions and manage roadmap risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Act as main product liaison for game studios and representative for Digital Content Platforms

Key requirements

• 3+ years in iGaming in a product role
• Experience defining product strategy and owning roadmaps for complex technology or platform products
• Strong knowledge of online slots content creation, studio workflows, platform dependencies, and game development requirements
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver complex roadmaps
• Ability to prioritize, make trade-offs, and maintain delivery focus across competing demands
• Strong commercial and customer focus linking platform investment to business and studio outcomes
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to senior and non-technical audiences
• Persuasive, cooperative leadership and ability to build trust across dispersed teams
• AI proficient with practical use of AI tools in product delivery and decision-making
• Analytical, curious, comfortable in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technology, or equivalent experience
