Security Operations Coordinator — 4-on/4-off, On-Call

NVC Security Ltd is seeking experienced security professionals in Derby to join as Operations Coordinators. You will support officers, manage client relations and ensure services are delivered to a high standard.

The role combines office work with site visits and frontline shifts on a 06:00–18:00 four-on-four-off rota, including weekends and bank holidays. Overtime and on-call duties are available.
