Overview
In this role you lead day-to-day management and growth for a major employer brand/recruitment marketing client within a creative team. You coordinate multi-channel campaigns across social, creative, and paid media, ensuring work aligns with strategy, brief, and compliance in a highly regulated environment. You act as the primary client contact, shaping briefs and delivering high-quality results on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, driving impact for the client and agency. Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of a major employer brand / recruitment marketing account and drive account growth
- Coordinate multiple creative, social and paid media workstreams with clear tracking of deliverables, deadlines, approvals and dependencies
- Translate client briefs into actionable internal briefs for designers, copywriters, strategists, animators, editors and other specialists
- Collaborate with paid media specialists to shape campaign briefs and optimise assets across LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms
- Oversee delivery of employer brand strategy, creative campaigns, community management, social listening, reporting and market activation
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, governance and compliance in a regulated client environment
- Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, invoicing, supplier relationships and resource planning to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Proactively identify and flag risks, resolve issues and align internal and client stakeholders when priorities shift
Key requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in a creative or integrated agency in a client-facing account management role
- Exposure to employer brand or recruitment marketing preferred
- Strong understanding of paid and organic social media (LinkedIn and Meta) and asset adaptation across formats
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end (scoping, timelines, budgets, reporting, supplier coordination)
- Confident briefing and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (designers, copywriters, strategists, animators, editors)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in UK English
- Highly organised with a focus on accuracy, governance, and working in a regulated environment
- Willing to work from London Victoria office three days per week with travel as needed
