Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club’s Anderida Restaurant seeks a capable Restaurant Manager to lead a busy service and early breakfast. You will organise shifts, ensure training, and develop the staff experience to deliver memorable guest experiences.
You will oversee a team with strong customer focus, maintain service quality, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to adapt to evolving guest expectations while controlling costs.
